Oil and Acrylic Paintings
Painting with oils and acrylics on canvas is my favorite way to make art! I wake up at 5:00 in the morning during the week, so that I can have a full hour to myself to paint or design before I need to start getting ready for work. On the weekends, my favorite thing to do besides spending time with my family, is creating art.

Painting is one of my favorite ways to express joy and gratitude for the beauty of life. My biggest inspirations are sunrises, that beautiful early-morning silence, and the sounds of my loved ones laughing. Beauty is everywhere, if we commit to seeking it out and treasuring it!
Digital Paintings
I love creating digital paintings, in addition to painting on a physical canvas. The freedom of being able to create art anywhere is amazing. I do most of my digital painting when I cannot physically paint: in the evenings, on a date with my husband while he writes, on the couch with my family while we watch something on TV, and even sometimes during my lunch break at work.

My favorite muse for digital painting is nature, but reimagined with mosaic-like tiles, or swirly, organic lines. I love being inspired by the beauty I see outside, and reinterpreting it.
